PERSILAT is the abbreviation of Persekutuan Pencak Silat Antar Bangsa or The International Pencal Silat Federation founded by Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and Berunei Darussalam on March 11, 1980 in Jakarta.

Develop, promote, maintain and improve the Pencak Silat regional affairs.

A national level Pencak Silat Association or a club of Pencak Silat that has not been recognized yet by the national authorized agency of the respective country.
The Junior Member
A Pencak Silat club or individual, which has just been appointed to represent PERSILAT in their respective country.
